4 week program to learn mindfulness skills. For anyone with or without mindfulness skills/training. Formal meditation and informal skills. 
This group is experiential.
Week 1: Grounding

Week 2: Getting into our bodies
Week 3: Relaxation
Week 4: Kindness

$25/session - attendance to all 4 is highly recommended
Optional workbook for purchase that gives additional information, exercises, and reflections ($20).

CALMING MINDS: MINDFULNESS FOR ANXIETY

4 week program to learn mindfulness skills that can help with anxiety and stress. No previous mindfulness experience necessary. Formal meditation and informal skills.
