KELSEY L HARRIS COUNSELLING WELCOMES YOU - ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Specializing in chronic pain, chronic illness, and concussion.

Mental health concerns affect almost everyone, and anxiety and depression is often amplified with chronic illness. Counselling can help manage mood and anxiety, as well as make you more resilient in dealing with pain and illness symptoms. It can improve cognitive functioning, such as memory and concentration, that occurs with concussions and illness.

WAYS WE CAN CONNECT

Let's work on your mental health together.

I offer counselling services in-person in Vancouver, British Columbia at CAYA Health Center, and in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia at Advance Health and Wellness.

I also offer telehealth - video, phone, and email therapy to residents of BC.

I offer free 15-minute phone consultations for all services.

*certain Canadian provinces are highly regulated and you must seek a therapist in that province.

WHO I WORK WITH

I work with people ages 15 and older who have chronic conditions (pain, illness, concussion), anxiety, depression, postpartum depression/anxiety, caregiver burnout, life stress, and dealing with life transitions.

I am to create a safe space for LGBTQ2S+ individuals.

I acknowledge that I practice on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem First Nation). I thank the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm who continue to live on these lands and care for them, along with the waters and all that is above and below.
